Abstract

With regard to the proposed integrated design of the warehouse solution, a kind of software for smart warehouse management is developed by bringing together the intelligent and combined composition of the RFID technology, the contactless IC card navigation technology, and the wireless LAN technology using the programming language. The image processing technology is applied to carry out the planning of robot paths. Without taking into full consideration the accurate motion paths between various points, for the purpose of addressing the issues of the excessive slow convergence of individual images and the relatively high group dispersion in image processing, the inertia weights are automatically modified to resolve the defects of early convergence on the basis of the traditional algorithms. In this way, the weights of the image processing technology can be controllable and adaptive. At the same time, the adoption of the natural selection method to conduct the update of the image processing position allows for an increase in the diversity of the motion paths during image processing, which can improve the search capacity and convergence speed of image processing at the global layer effectively. The suggested approach has significantly increased overall warehouse efficiency, as seen by the decrease in labor costs and travel times. The results of the experimental tests indicate that the proposed system software has been well received by the users and has brought about good economic benefits at the same time. Hence, the proposed system software is of favorable research and development value in logistics management.
