This equation of state, called MCORGC, is based on the Chain-Of-Rotators Group Contribution equation considering a NRTL type local composition mixing rule. The group parameters required to predict the thermodynamic properties of the oxygenated compounds are reported. In order to test the accuracy of the new proposed equation of state, saturated thermodynamic properties of several alcoholes, ketones and ethers are predicted over a wide range of pressures and temperatures and compared with the values reported in the literature. In addition, the capabilities of MCORGC have been compared with other equations of state.}, keywords = {theory,Equation of state,Group Contribution,Polar,Nonpolar,Alcholes,Ketones,Ethers}, url = {https://www.ije.ir/article_71111.html}, eprint = {https://www.ije.ir/article_71111_5d88fe7976a54ff1edf03e921e777d51.pdf} } @article { author = {Finch, J. The rather simple assumed flux path method is used to estimate the unaligned permeance including the leakage permeances and the effects of shallow slot and tooth taper. The possibility of making rotor tooth width greater than stator tooth width is examined using the developed package. The result appeared to show that the consequent loss of static torque is minimal. The renewal function is estimated through simulation for a renewal process simulation for a renewal process with gamma distributed renewal times and the shape parameter a > 1. Gamma random deviates will be generated by means of the so called Acceptance Rejection method. In order to reduce the variance of the point estimator, the idea of antithetic variates will be incorporated in the sampling process. It is shown that such sampling scheme is capable of reducing the variance of the point estimator. The model is set up into the test section of an open-circuit induced flow wind tunnel which provides the main flow. The injected air, as a secondary film flow, produced from a high pressure compressor is considered so that, the cooling factor always remained between 0.1 and 3.9. The first separation region of the boundary layer over the cylinder caused by the presence of injected flow was determined.
